Benefits Package

Ritter Center is committed to providing a robust benefit package to complement compensation. Our package includes:

  • 13 annual paid holidays
  • Very generous vacation and sick time off accruals that increase with tenure. Equates to 24 days of accrual in first year, and increases to 35 days accrual by 5th year
  • 100% employer paid medical insurance with choice of plans

  • 100% employer paid Life and Long-term Disability insurance

Medical benefit eligibility begins at 30 hours weekly, and other benefits (holidays and sick and vacation time-off accruals) are available to those employees working at least 16 hours weekly. Eligibility begins first of the month following 60 days.

General Case Manager for Re-Entry

This is a critical dual role that works with General Case Management and Re-Entry Case Management, as well as county agencies, to help in-custody, homeless or at-risk individuals regain stability and improve their lives. Your work also helps to significantly reduce the recidivism rate.
