Thank you to our community for your incredible generosity! Due to an overwhelming response, we are temporarily pausing clothing donations starting 1/28/26  while we process the wonderful items we’ve already received.

We expect to resume accepting donations soon. Please check back for updates, and thank you for your patience and continued support.

When we go back to accepting new donations, Ritter Center accepts in-kind donations of clean and gently used items from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday (Thursdays are preferred) year-round at 16 Ritter Street in San Rafael. We do not accept children’s clothing or toys, bedding, kitchen items or furniture. Care and hygiene kits are appreciated and assembled with love and provide dignity and hope to clients experiencing homelessness.
