Benefits Package

Ritter Center is committed to providing a robust benefits package to complement compensation. Our package includes:

13 annual paid holidays
Very generous vacation and sick time off accruals that increase with tenure. Equates to 24 days of accrual in first year and increases to 35 days accrual by 5^th year

Medical benefit eligibility begins at 30 hours weekly, and other benefits (holidays and sick and vacation time-off accruals) are available to those employees working at least 16 hours weekly. Eligibility begins first of the month following 60 days.
